Welcome to the Property Services Regulatory Authority’s (PSRA) website.
The purpose of this website is to provide information and guidance material to both the Property Services sector and to the public about the proposed new regulatory environment. It is only an interim website pending the establishment of the Authority on a statutory basis when a more detailed and comprehensive website will be developed. In the meantime I hope you will find the website of interest and of value. However, if there are matters which are not addressed here and which you believe to be of relevance, we would like to hear from you.
